As an MNPS support employee, most of your benefits are provided through Metro Nashville Government.

One exception is your Employee Assistance Program (EAP), which is the same program offered to MNPS teachers. You can learn about the EAP and the free counseling it offers here.

If you're a new employee, you can get an overview of your benefits package by viewing the 2025 benefits orientation deck. When you're ready to enroll, here are some forms you'll need:
