Take the kindness challenge

Updated: Oct 22, 2021

Did you know people who practice kindness regularly...

  • Have 23% less cortisol (the stress hormone)

  • Age slower than normal

  • Have less anxiety

“When I think of kindness, I think of Mr. Rogers, and how he would always remind viewers that they’re special, worthy and worth being listened to,” says Brian Gregory, LMFT, Synchronous Health Specialist. “What a great example. Kindness is stopping and listening, dialing it in with whomever you may be with in a moment, being present and hearing them for a bit.”

November 13 is World Kindness Day.

Take the kindness challenge and participate in Kindness Bingo starting today! You could win one of several $20 Amazon gift cards. Here’s how:

1. Download the bingo card here.

2. Complete the activities listed by Nov. 30.

3. Complete the winners survey at the same link above and be entered into a drawing for an Amazon gift card.

We hope this helps you learn how to catalyze kindness in your daily life and have some fun along the way.
