If depression, anxiety or other challenges are making it difficult to get through the day, de-stress with these resources at the MNPS Employee Wellness Center at Berry Hill:
Behavioral health providers. With a referral from an MNPS Health Care Centers primary care provider, you can make an appointment with one of our onsite behavioral health providers. It’s a great first step to addressing a mental health concern. Make an appointment online or call 615-259-8755.
Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) classes. This 9-week course, offered a couple of times a year, teaches you mindfulness techniques that can help relieve stress, improve your quality of life, and boost mental focus and concentration. Fitness center. Regular physical activity can relax your body, engage your mind and improve your mental health. The MNPS Employee Wellness Center houses a full-service fitness center with fitness associates to help you get started.
Health coaching. Get an extra layer of support and stay motivated to reach your wellness goals by scheduling a coaching session with Bobbi Nickel or B.J. Reeves.
