MNPS is committed to providing benefits that support your family-building journey. Most are provided at no cost to you and your eligible dependents who are enrolled in the MNPS Certificated Employee Health Plan.
Top-notch health insurance
MNPS bundles medical, dental, vision and hearing coverage together with an affordable biweekly premium. Under the medical plan, in-network prenatal care is covered at 100% after a copay for the first visit. Delivery is covered at 90% after a $300 annual deductible.

This all-inclusive family-building benefit includes vital prenatal support and education, plus:

Maternity/paternity leave
MNPS allows eligible employees to take up to one year of maternity/paternity leave within the child’s first year of life. During your maternity/paternity leave, you may be paid through:

Breastfeeding support
​The Lactation Network (TLN) provides breastfeeding support for new mothers. Through TLN, you can:​

Receive prenatal, postpartum and return-to-work consultations

Get a customized pumping schedule when returning to work

Discuss weaning when the time is right for you

Tax-free childcare
Save money by enrolling in the Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account:
