MNPS bundles medical, dental, vision and hearing coverage together with an affordable biweekly premium. Under the medical plan, in-network prenatal care is covered at 100% after a copay for the first visit. Delivery is covered at 90% after a $300 annual deductible.

This all-inclusive family-building benefit includes vital prenatal support and education, plus:

• Coverage for intrauterine insemination (IUI), in vitro fertilization (IVF) and more

• Access to the largest national network of premier fertility specialists 

• Unlimited guidance and personalized support from a Patient Care Advocate throughout your fertility journey

MNPS allows eligible employees to take up to one year of maternity/paternity leave within the child’s first year of life. During your maternity/paternity leave, you may be paid through: 

• Paid Family Leave (if you qualify)

• Short-term disability (if enrolled and eligible for benefits), and/or

• Accrued sick leave

Mamaya Health offers flexible virtual sessions that can help with:

• “Baby blues”

• Perinatal or postpartum depression and/or anxiety

This Vanderbilt Health program bundles all the services an expectant mother and baby need — from enrollment through 12 weeks after delivery. Services include:

• Concierge service with a dedicated Patient Navigator 

• Your choice of Vanderbilt Health midwives and physicians 

• Convenient telehealth visits 

• Free educational classes

• On-demand room services during hospital stay

• Helps you and your baby stay healthy during your pregnancy and after birth

• Gives you access to a library of maternity resources and tools to track your pregnancy week by week

• Provides live telephonic nurse support 24/7

Enroll in your first trimester and you’ll receive $500 (or $250 in your second) when you complete the program.

​The Lactation Network (TLN) provides breastfeeding support for new mothers. Through TLN, you can:​

• Receive prenatal, postpartum and return-to-work consultations

• Address latching issues, milk supply and/or infant weight loss

• Get an insurance-covered breast pump

• Get a customized pumping schedule when returning to work

• Discuss weaning when the time is right for you

• Meet with a consultant in person or virtually

MamaLift offers emotional and mental well-being support during your pregnancy and motherhood journey. The 8-week MamaLift program can help address issues like perinatal anxiety, depression and relationship challenges with your partner. You get:

• Self-guided daily activities, including meditations and videos

• Access to health coaches and therapists

• Peace of mind that you are getting caring, evidence-based support for your mental health
