90-Day Men's Health Challenge

Thank you for your interest in our 90-Day Men’s Health Challenge! Our January Challenge is underway and registration is closed, but we'll be forming another group soon. Click the button to the right to be notified when registration opens.

It’s a new year and a new opportunity for a fresh start! Maybe you tried before but didn’t have the support or the strategy you needed to succeed. Does any of this sound familiar to you?

  1. I have struggled to make the changes I need to make in order to improve my health

  2. I am taking more medications than I want to

  3. I need help and the proper tools to be successful at making nutrition and lifestyle changes

You don't have to go it alone. You can do this for yourself, but you don't have to do it by yourself. MNPS has launched an exciting new program, the 90-Day Men’s Health Challenge. It's available to all male certificated employees and male spouses/partners who are enrolled in the Certificated Employee Health Plan.

The 90-Day Challenge educates, engages and empowers men to effectively address these and other chronic health conditions with proper lifestyle and nutritional changes:

  • Diabetes, High Blood Pressure and Cholesterol Issues

  • Overweight, Excess Body Fat Around the Waist

  • Joint Pain, Arthritis, Low Back Pain

  • Anxiety, Depression, Fatigue

  • Erectile Dysfunction, Low Testosterone, Prostate Problems

The 90-Day Challenge is led by Nashville Urologist and Men’s Health Specialist, Dr. Kevin Billups, who also serves as Director of Men’s Health and Professor of Medicine at Meharry Medical College, and Restorative Lifestyle Strategist, Tony Holt (view their bios below).
